Clearbrook Names Jaewoo Park as Investment Associate

NEW YORK, November 1, 2026 (Newswire.com) - Clearbrook, LLC, a $13.5 billion asset manager and advisory firm recognized for its longstanding ability to identify and deliver unique investment solutions in markets around the world, today announced that Jaewoo Park has joined the company as an Investment Associate. Mr. Park is based in New York and reports to Clearbrook Chief of Staff, Marilyn Garito.
In his role as Investment Associate, Mr. Park supports investment analysis, strategic initiatives, and business development across Clearbrook and its subsidiary, Clearbrook Energy Solutions, a US-based, vertically integrated battery energy storage systems (BESS) manufacturer with a proprietary Virtual Power Plant (VPP) software platform and an AI-driven energy management SaaS offering.
Mr. Park brings experience spanning real estate development, finance, and strategic planning across both the private and public sectors. His background includes investment evaluation, economic analysis, and development feasibility, complemented by a strong understanding of U.S. and Asian markets, with particular expertise in South Korea.
Prior to joining Clearbrook, Mr. Park founded and led Studio JW, a Seoul-based platform focused on hospitality and luxury residential assets. He oversaw projects from initial feasibility and investment planning through development and execution. His earlier public-sector experience involved economic analysis, urban development planning, and land-use policy.
Previously, he served in Seoul City Hall's Urban Restoration & Development Division, where he focused on zoning compliance as well as performing economic analysis to inform land-use policy.
